Fubble VPN for iOS — Privacy Notice

This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for the iOS (and iPadOS) app. It does not replace it.

No-logs VPN

The Network Extension / VPN profile is used to create an encrypted tunnel to a Fubble-operated server. We do not store or track visited websites, traffic content, DNS queries, or connection logs that would identify what you did online on those servers.

What the iOS app may send

• Sign-in identifiers (email, Apple, Google, or Telegram) if you log in
• Device type, app version, and a device identifier for plan limits
• Subscription status from the App Store
• Firebase and Google Analytics events for stability and aggregated usage — not your browsing
• A push token if you allow notifications

Apple processes App Store payments. We do not receive your full card number. If Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt appears, choosing “Ask App Not to Track” is respected for tracking; analytics we use is for our own app statistics, not cross-app advertising.

On-demand locations

If a location has no Fubble server yet, we may temporarily offer a publicly available open VPN endpoint while we provision a dedicated server, typically within minutes. That fallback is optional and is not covered by our no-logs guarantee.

Your choices

iOS Settings → Privacy & Security (Analytics, Tracking, VPN). Delete the VPN profile to stop tunnelling. Account deletion: [email protected] or in-app where available (App Store requirement).
