Fubble VPN for Mac — Privacy Notice

Last updated: 7 September 2026

This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for the macOS app. It does not replace it.

No-logs VPN

The Mac client creates an encrypted tunnel to a Fubble-operated server. We do not store or track browsing, traffic content, DNS queries, or connection history on those servers.

What the Mac app may send

  • Sign-in identifiers if you log in
  • A device name/type and app version for simultaneous connection limits
  • Subscription or licence status
  • Firebase and Google Analytics events for crashes and aggregated product statistics only

We do not collect MAC addresses or hardware serial numbers for tracking. If a hashed device identifier is used to bind a licence, it is not used to reconstruct browsing.

On-demand locations

Missing locations may be served temporarily via a publicly available open VPN endpoint while we roll out a dedicated Fubble server, typically within minutes. The fallback is optional and outside our no-logs guarantee.

Your choices

Disconnect or remove the VPN configuration in System Settings. Account deletion: [email protected].
