Privacy and legal FAQ

Where is my data stored?

Account records we control are hosted in the EU. Fubble-operated VPN servers do not store traffic logs. Firebase and Google Analytics may process app statistics in the United States under SCCs / the Data Privacy Framework. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I request access or deletion?

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data request”. We will verify your identity and respond within GDPR time limits. We cannot produce VPN browsing logs because we do not keep them.

Do you sell or track my browsing?

No. We do not sell personal data. We do not track browsing on Fubble-operated servers. App statistics go only to Firebase and Google Analytics.

What if there is no server in my country?

We may roll out a dedicated Fubble server within minutes and, optionally, offer a publicly available open VPN endpoint in the meantime. That fallback is not covered by our no-logs guarantee.
